Our homes offer breathtaking views of the river and beautiful sunsets. We offer four season homes that allow you to enjoy all that there is to offer in the region. From summer swimming and boating to ice fishing and wine tasting and other winter, spring and fall activities. Our properties offer private docks with room for your boat and the ability to fish right from the dock. We also have AC in all bedrooms. Outdoor grills and fire pits. Perfect places to relax after a day out on the water or exploring the countryside. Enjoy cooking a home-made meal in a large well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a tasty meal. The Thousand Island region of upstate New York offers a variety of things to do.
Homes are located between the village of Clayton and Cape Vincent with one home located in Black River. There are boat launching ramps within a half mile as well as stores and restaurants located in Clayton about 15-minute drive as well as Cape Vincent a 10-minute drive.
